At Ziba homes, your satisfaction is our top priority. Before you return a ZIBA product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made.Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. With all marble and inlay pieces, there is a natural variation that comes with the beauty of sourcing the product.

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit. In case your order is damaged in transit you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received. After we receive the damaged or incorrect product - our team will inspect it and process refund accordingly. All return costs will be borne by the buyer and Ziba Homes will not be responsible for return shipping.

  1. In case of damage, just reach out to our customer service team with your order number and they'll assist you through the process.
  2. In case of minor damages, our team will share a repair kit or instructions to fix the damage and in major damages, the item will be inspected by our team to suggest next steps.
  3. For minor variations or product not matching description, Ziba Homes will only replace the product if the chosen product is part of our lookbook. For all bespoke pieces, clients are required to pay for any changes or variations in the final product. Once the drawings have been signed off, Ziba Homes will not be responsible for any changes to the product.
  4. Please note Ziba Homes accepts cancellation only within 48 hours of placing the order.
  5. Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days. If you prefer to exchange your purchase, we'll process your new order right away and send you an updated order confirmation.
  6. Please note : All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  7. After getting an inquiry for a refund of a product via the Ziba Homes Platform and having that demand officially recognised by us, one of our reverse-Logistics Providers will get in touch with you to arrange for the pickup of the goods bought from you.
  8. Buyers are responsible  to pay for custom duties and taxes if products are delivered to outside India and to outside UK.
  9. In case of damage of a product, Ziba Homes will take necessary action only when informed within 3 days of delivery. Our shipments are insured and our delivery company inspects a case only within 7 days of the delivery date. We request you to kindly check your delivery to make sure it has not been damaged in transit.
  10. Ziba Homes is not responsible for damage after 7 days of delivery
  11. Should the wrong Product or a damaged or defective Product be delivered, the client must raise clear and precise reservations on the delivery note. In case of delivery of a Product that is damaged during transportation and not flagged up on the delivery note, the Company shall be entitled to refuse any claim or request for reimbursement within the limits permitted by the applicable law.
  12. All the items are covered by insurance, and it is the insurance company's responsibility to conduct an investigation and provide refunds for any orders. It is essential to keep the items intact for the investigation. The insurance companies decision will be final for claiming for any damaged piece.
